So Happy...


Waking up this morning, I knew it would be a good day! I woke early to get much of my packing done. I didn't want to leave it til tonight or early tomorrow morning. I am looking forward to hm... leaving the castle for a while. After getting much of my packing done, i decided to go down to the Great Hall for breakfast. shortly after taking my seat I received an owl.

He dropped a very simple envelope, with my name and address written in green sparkles upon my place setting. When I opened my letter, I saw that I had WON a prize in the summer makeover contest. The Details below  that listed the prize as a day trip to a Spa in New London, where i will also receive:

1 set of this season's dress robes
1 sets of this season's casual robes
Matching Hair accessories and shoes for each.
2 hand bags (an every day one, and a special clutch)
 
I am so excited for this opportunity. It really couldn't have come at a better time.

At least one of us is having a good start to the day.

I mean, it's not like I'm not. Only everyone's asking me what got up the twins' noses earlier. And Percy's obviously having a crap morning.

Kappa totally had it coming, though.

What did Kappa do? And what did they do to him? He couldn't even walk, the prefects had to carry him up to the Hospital wing.

Kappa was being an eejit.

Started when Bradley and Summerby came in for breakfast and one of them squealed about something right when she got behind Percy. So he jumped, I guess. I didn't see it. Only saw his juice go flying all over.

So then while he was mopping that up and apologising to Jenkins for getting it all over her plate, Kappa starts up down our end of the table, saying Percy's lost it.

I'm not sure which hex they used. Or which of them did it. Maybe both at once, and that means it was probably a combination of things they made up on the spot. Because if you'd seen them, you'd've seen it was more about wanting to teach Kappa to shut his gob than anything they'd thought out.

I s'pose Kappa's lucky he's got a mouth at all now.
