I'm exhausted and its not even time for tea...

After my morning chores, I went on a few go sees, to designers working on their spring/summer robe lines. I think I did well. After that, it was nothing but training for CCF.  I actually successfully completed a 3.2 kilometer run. Flew about 48 kilometers round trip on my broom. And even got about a half hour of swimming in. I will give myself a much needed break tomorrow, but will still do some running in the morning. I will pick up again on Saturday. I think every other day is good, with a quick run every morning just so I don't get lazy.

I really like swimming, but I'm not a fish. I was able to go under as far as 1.5 meters to day and stay for about a minute. I not they want us to get to at least 8 feet. I will attempt to go further, but it's not much fun. I definitely need to work on my endurance.

Does anyone not busy want to go swimming on Saturday to get some training in? I went alone to clear my head today, but its much more fun and safer with others. I would be doing my training in the morning up until noon. I have plans after that.

I've been getting that on the broom nearly every day. It's certainly in good condition. I am glad I didn't have to spend the Galleons on a brand new broom. One of the photographers I work with is a quidditch photographer also, and replaces his broom every 2 - 3 years, even though he doesn't need to. So this broom is about two years old, and he gave it to me for far less than I would have had to spend on it in the shop. And he clearly serviced his broom regularly. There isn't even a scratch on it. He had it painted black for me and had my name added to the handle in green sparkle writing. He also told me that if I make the team next term, I could possibly do some broom and quidditch robe advertisements with him for the Christmas catalogs and mags.

Anyway, would you like to meet in Diagon Alley on Saturday for an ice cream? Around 2:30? Troy and I are meeting up for a late lunch, but you are welcome to join us for dessert. You can even bring someone if you like.
