Mr Rosier,

My name is Ginny Weasley. I realize that you are a very busy wizard, and may not have the time to respond, but I am a rising 4^th year and I am applying for the CCF this year. I am writing to you, because I have a desire to serve the protectorate in the best way possible, and I find that the best route is through the Ministry.

The duties performed by you, and your fellow officials, impact us all. They keep us safe and allow the wizarding community to thrive. I look forward to be able to preserve what has been established through a career at the Ministry when I leave Hogwarts. I am sure all loyal pureblood wizards would feel the same. It is with that in mind that I ask for your advice in what would show one has the best potential for Ministry work. I am looking forward to the training that this summer promises to provide. I take my studies seriously, and I am among those in the top of my year. I promise that any advice given will be taken in the most serious way. I strive for perfection in all that I do.

Please excuse the brevity of this letter. I did not want to take any more of your time than was absolutely necessary with this assignment.
